I think it's not only that. I doubt that project completion is now a major concern for most of us. The problem is that the situation in peru could change dramatically. The lefties (and now even fujimori) are discussing a new corporates tax of 50% for mining, plus windfall taxes, plus a raise in royalties. How much is there gonna be left for us shareholders after that? We have a very blurry idea of valuations until new rules are clear...
