INT=OPL

Can anyone here give me a good reason as to why OPL rides INTs back? To my understanding it should be the opposite... "Since so many people here are investing in both INT and OPL, you would think that when one falls the other picks up!"
Every time i looked today, it was like OPL was chasing INTs price...
They seem to be floating in the same price range..
Everyday same story!
Does anyone have an explanation?
INT is like a virus
