Change of SubjectWe should stop obsessing over San Jorge; I don't think its health. It's a really frustrating situation, and it reminds me of what Ridge was saying about Argentina way back when. It is what it is, unfortunately.
I guess I'll try to infuse the board with some positivity with the following info:
Mineral Mountain Resources Ltd.has received more robust gold assays from the continuing drill programwhich is targeting the Cook zone on block A, a significant part of thecompany's extensive land package totalling 145 square kilometres locatedin the heart of the emerging Shining Tree gold district. As at March31, 2011, the company has completed 11 drill holes for a total of 3,635metres, and, as a result of the encouraging results to date, the drillprogram has now been expanded to 10,000 metres. ...
In October, 2010, the companyacquired the right to earn a 70-per-cent interest in block A by assumingall obligations of an option that Benton Resources Corp. had originallysigned with Golden Harp Resources Inc. (see news release in Stockwatchfrom Oct. 26, 2010). Recent 3-D modelling of the Cook zone drillingindicates a steep northwesterly plunge. Earlier interpretationssuggested the zone plunged to the southwest.
"We are encouraged that the Cookzone is so robust at the minus-300-metre level and with its unusualcontinuity. The overall width and grade of this gold system providesignificant potential for a commercial grade gold deposit," said NelsonBaker, president of Mineral Mountain Resources.
Also, I was kind of intrigued by the Longe Range drilling. The copper zone at the Range prospect seems to be continuous and dipping to the north. The next drill results will be interesting. I just hope the presence of the lake doesn't foil timely drilling.
