what does scaring the retail mean?
Put a large sell order in at 4 cents to try to create a panic so people will sell into their 3 or 3.5 cent bid. I'm guessing when they started losing their 4 cent shares, THEY panicked and pulled their ask?

...they probably switched there bid to 4.5c?
Don't think so. Didn't see any significant increase in asks at 4.5 cents.
