News Coming

News ComingBy law, we will have news in the form of Annual Financial Statements and MD&A filings. So even with the stubbornness of management to release news and let the market know what is really up with the stock plummeting, we should know a little more in the next couple days due to regulations.

https://www.osc.gov.on.ca/en/Companies_continuous-disclosure_index.htm

A venture issuer must file annual financial statements 120 days after the end of its most recently completed financial year and interim financial statements 60 days after the end of the interim period.

Jan 2011 = 31 days, Feb = 28 days, March = 31 days and April = 30 days. 31 + 28 + 31 + 30 = 120 days. So end of April is the deadline, we should see MD&A soon

Financial statements must be accompanied by the MD&A. The MD&A is a narrative explanation, through the eyes of management, of how a company performed during the period covered by the financial statements, and of the company's financial condition and future prospects. The MD&A supplements, but does not form part of, financial statements and is required to be filed at the same time as the financial statements.
