RE: From Bloomberg newsNow that's what we've been waiting to see!!!  Once an analyst  begins coverage and announces a " speculative buy " rating with a target, it's not just us here on s.house that see it. The big boys get their news release from the appropriate broker. She's going quick, so hop on. Good day to respond to news; it's not Friday. It looks very encouraging to me IMHO. good luck.
