The Funds secondary investment objective is capital appreciation The Fund seeks to achieve its investment objectives by investing at least 80% of its managed assets (i.e., net assets plus assets obtained through leverage) in a portfolio of preferred and other income securities issued by U.S. and non-U.S. companies, which may be either exchange-traded or available over-the-counter. In pursuing its investment objectives, the Fund seeks to achieve favorable after-tax returns for its shareholders by seeking to minimize the U.S. federal income tax consequences on income generated by the Fund. RE: Anyone hear from IR recently?Actually they sent me an email yesterday saying Nutall ordered the fillet mignon and a bottle of Dom, Rj didn't eat because they could not get the smile off their face and the bill was on its way to us! 

Not sure what you expect IR to say but it is not going to be the whole truth, it will be some sugar coated, streched excuse of what really happened.

For thos that said do not panic, pls let me know when you think it will be time to panic....Thx
