RE: No ! is the only choiceA No vote would /should then result in a Non-Confidence for the BOD and management.  IMO a new BOD would be selected by a major shareholder/firm and would be then voted upon by the shareholders.  If that BOD got in, they would then clean house and select an entirely new management team. (Most likely three execs, not eight !!!)  The forestry division would be sold and the debt be renegotiated.  IMO, all things that should have been done by the current group but was not.

As for the AGM, I will bet that it will be cancelled.  The current management group will hide from its shareholders until after the vote.  Any conference call or AGM would only cast added doubt on an already unclear history.  Why would they want to give any answers when hopefully shareholders will roll over and agree to this deal...
