Capitulation

CapitulationI think we're feeling for the bottom here. We've had weeks of sharp declines on huge volume, and what looks to me like capitulation: most investors in Ram have given up and are selling at any cost. The emotions expressed on this board are the emotions of most sellers of Ram: anger, disgust and a strong desire to be rid of this dog. Once these sellers are exhausted there will be the environment for a rally. I believe we are almost at the point where everyone who really wants out is out. Who's left? Insiders, institutions, funds, and deep value investors who are all in it for the long haul.

I'll try to stay focused on the fact San Jacinto 1's 36 MW will be operational and online very soon. It will be a real  achievement and the company will be rewarded by the market. It's obviously not easy to put a geothermal plant into production: in 2010 only 1 geothermal plant came online in America, Ormat's 15 MW Jersey Valley.
