Its contract surety bonds, such as performance and labor and material payment bonds, are primarily for the construction industry.

I welcome this trading, don't know what

is up but as long as something is that is good to me. Remember before the last NR it was bid .175 and ask .19 too. Can't say what is up but my bet is they are doing whatever trading they are doing for whatever reasons and my assertion is we have good news coming based on all we know and this trading is for them to know and us to guess so guess good news
