The strip ratio on Lone Pine is a concern it is too high to be economical. You also have that goofey NSR on the property which makes it unattractive for larger companies to even think about a JV.
You have good grade but it is really deep and the other showings are to intermitent to be economical. If you can figure an easy way to move all the ore above the good grade you have a mine. But what will it cost.
