I am here to keep the expectations straight.  :-)

Speaking of expectations,  it is possible that the company could be a few (2 or 3) days late if a delay is caused by something outside of their control.  Sedar has to be informed about the issue and agree with it.  (I checked with the right people)

Potential delays for a small company can come at the last minute from a variety of reasons outside of their control including  multi national regulations that can contradict each others and have a material impact.  Taxes and tax credits is a perfect example of it.  It usually come up at the last minute during a final legal review.  I am speaking from previous painful personal experience.

It would be another frustration but we should keep in mind that exactly a year ago this company was at 20c a share.  If anybody has another company that can deliver a triple in one year please let me know,  I am willing to take a lot of abuse for that performance.
