RE: Where's the news!The next news you might hear is from the canadian regulators saying that there is a late filing. Wasn't the 2010 Financials supposed to be out a month ago?

It seems to me that there could be a number of issues. One being some disagreements with Vecta Oil & Gas on the JV deal and maybe Wellington changing the deal a bit from the original plan or they are unable to sell enough shares to close the financing. I am not sure if either of these may be the case but It seems to be a no brainer that something is wrong.
