Folks:

We're the last to hear of relevant news. If the deal was crumbling, trust me, you'd know.   The share price would be back to virtually notta.  They're continuing to bang away at this deal. Will it be the same? Unlikely. In other words, kiss $.20+/sh. goodbye.

But something in the mid-teens is doable. It will take 150-200 million shares instead of 75-125m but that's life.

P.S.   Hey, what do we all hear from the pumpers who shouted down sober consideration? You know, the ones who said you can get something for nothing? Some of you may now be a bit wiser. Hope it didn't cost too much as a lesson for next time.
