 I really do mean reconsider altogether. It makes financial sense for them to buy back the shares at current prices. That would make for good use of the roughly 77MM they will be getting from sale of depreciation credits for their three near term projects: Kingman, Windstar and the Puerto Rico solar play.  They could then reissue shares as needed, IF needed, at higher prices later on.
However, if Lawrence gets share price rolling along with fund purchases and analyst ratings, and the price runs to 3 dollars, it may no longer be as fiscally responsible to go ahead with the buyback and there may be better uses for the cash...
Remember, they got APPROVAL to buy back the shares but never said they were doing it 100%, which is the smart thing to do...
As for the questions, I like to make them informed and to the point  Both Jeff and Lawrence have proven to be very open to chat and forthcoming.
