Frisby Interview Keith NeumeyerSource:https://commoditywatch.podbean.com/2011/04/21/keith-neumeyer-a-generational-re-rating-of-silver/
Date: Thursday April 21st, 2011
Here is an internview between Dominic Frisby, and Keith Neumeyer that happened just before the Easter Long Weekend. Funny how it just seemed to have slipped from our view. Really worth listening to!
Key Take Away Points:
1.) First Majestic will start the building of the 4th mine!
2.) First Majestic was the best performing silver company in 2010!
3.) They are trying to continue to lower the production cost or maintain it at $7 per pound. This way they can maximize their profits for us the shareholders of the company.
4.) They are sitting on their assets to try and improve productivity. Their next strategy would be strategic. They won't buy anymore distressed silver companies right now but Keith cannot say if they would not.
--------------------------------------------------------
It seems that everyone is getting nervous about FR's SP dropping these several days. But before everyone tries to jump this ship, try to remember what made FR so successful in the first place! Keith is a very successful and smart CEO and President, they've done a lot of smart things in the past, so stop trying to discount this company but selling. I would say HOLD YOUR SHARES! Or even BUY more if you can if it drops a little lower. FR's SP will rebound from these lows.
I think some amateurs jump ship because everyone else is doing so, but why? Probably due to the fact that they're uneducated in being an investor. Don't be a lemming! Don't jump off the cliff because it seems like everyone else is!
Silver has gone up in price as a commodity since 2008, don't you think ETF investors and investors for FR would want to take some of their profits made when they had it at a lot lower SP before? I think the big investment houses are trying to scare us by manipulating this SP around. It is on the S&P Index, and it is highly exposed to the world markets, so every Tom, Dick, and Harry fund manager wants a piece of the FR profit pie.
It will rebound very soon, I guess by the end of this week or starting early next week. You can take that to the bank!
Cheers!
