RE: electionIf the price drop in CZN had anything to do with the Canadian election - although that was not my view - we should see people buying with both hands today.

Not sure pre-market reflects that.  

bot_feeder, I see we seem to own a few names in common, as I've seen you quest for knowledge regarding Canadian politics.  Like all political yarns, this one is just as long as any you might find south of the border, however I think the real stories from last election has lees to do with who won, and much more to do with the sound pounding that both the Liberals and the Bloc took.  

I don't think the Quebec  election results can be directly connected to a bastion of left leaning politically minded folk. It's more a matter of Jacques Layton of the NDP representing a change from the status quo.  And like a drunk who must finally admit they have a problem, I wonder if the Liberal party can finally admit they are broken - and have been so for quite some time.   

Last nightt's results are more about who lost than who won, in my opinion.


anyhow, back to focusing on making money :)
