Financial Statement

Financial StatementApart from that last judgement is near and many people will walk on the green mile I'm still searching for "red flags" in the consolidated report.

I'm not having the history with NAG like many other people here are having. But I have seen many explorer where history was changed. What I can see in the report is a company that spent roundabout ~ 3 million CAD in 2010 in the development of 8 properties. ~ 2/3 were directly spent in the properties. ~ 1/3 were "administration costs" for the whole company.

For a company with this marketcap this numbers are okay. If I'm wrong, please correct me and show me the part of the report where I can find the red flag. I will have a look at the part "stock-based compensation". It sounds very high, but I did not found any other wages. So, where is the problem?!?! Where are the pockets, filled with all the money from us?!? I do not see them.

The main question for me is: Will there be a lessee that will be able to mine the coal producing a positive cash-flow? I'm not so familiar with coal mines, but I see the numbers in the report and I ask myself if this can be possible. Perhaps you can help me....and perhaps we can start a constructive discussion...the first one after weeks full of d.o.o.m and apocalypse

Michael
