In pursuing its investment objectives, the Fund seeks to achieve favorable after-tax returns for its shareholders by seeking to minimize the U.S. federal income tax consequences on income generated by the Fund. There can be no assurance that the Fund will achieve its investment objectives.

RE: RE: RE: Market Cap vs NAV:Yes, some reasonable drilling going on.   Although not shocked, I am rather sick and tired of the BS of these junior colombian plays.  The entire time Balay-1 was producing they did not realize one dime of income from it ???  Oh and don't forget the $17+ M in losses for the relinquished Cor blocks.   Not to mention the returning of the Playon block to the ANH.


I hope at least they didnt have to pay operating expenses, lol.


I sure hope you are right, but at this point I'm not holding my breath.  I refuse to sell, for better or worse, but they will need some very nice numbers out of Balay and CPO-1 to make this worth a dam_.
