 BASED ON TMX SITE ' TOTAL MARKET CAP FOR "ISD" IS APPROX 16.5 MIL (47 MIL SHARES @ .35 CENTS)


            SEEMS AWFULLY DIRT CHEAP IN MY OPINION.  IT IS  1/10TH THE MARKET CAP OF V.INT @ 172 MIL.
