ARH definitely needs to raise capital to drill or try to work out some sort of JV deal with Devon, Encana, Husky, etc. if they're even willing to consider dealing. The Chambers farmout drill that was supposed to occur last fall is likely to spud post breakup as far as I understand, and that will come at no cost to ARH so hopefully that will get the ball rolling.

As for the Devon tie-in, not sure why things are taking so long but the only reason I can think of is that the pipeline is full because I know for a fact that Devon is flowing gas down the line. If the pipeline is full, it kind of sucks for ARH because revenue isn't coming in, but it also means the potential of the land will go up because the new wells are producing so well...
