  I agree completely. We are late with the RE and the stock price is dropping due to uncertainty and this is the first news we get.

  Well if no RE announcement or follow up after the departure announcement, on the RE and why it is delayed then I must confess I am very disappointed in mamagement.

 I can't believe they would want the price to drop after having made all the insider purchases above the current stock price.

  Their silence is deafening.
