RE: I took the pain to read through all..Read again.  No change.  That means they did not meet the August 2010 deadline.  The shares they got in exchange for their interest, yes they traded away their rights, were valued at ZERO.

So, although I would love to be proven wrong, I don't see any interest held by the Company.  No change.
