"The Company is now receiving its share of the production revenue that is flowing from Balay-1, and once the Balay-2 well is put on long term test, we will expect to receive revenue from that production as well"

I do not think they are getting paid retroactively.  Even if they were, you have not deducted operating expenses, which likely exceed revenue anyways.   Rest assured if they were not collecting production revenue, they were not paying operating expenses either.

Nevertheless, with Balay 2 shortly online, PTA should be receiveng in the neighbourhood of 400-500 bopd.   I do not think they will be installing any ESP prior some more development wells, as the reserve life is short as is, so there is no reason to boost production yet.
