RE: RE: WOWThat may explain the dump part but doesn't explain the pump part.  That is what has my antenna up.  What made an over-valued stock like Swisher go up 60% in a week or two, allow Swisher to issue a whack of stock twice and then fall back down.  You will need to show me both articles for me to believe someone named Melissa is responsible. 

Why does a company, that issues new stock at a 20% discount to the market, go up the next day?  Have you ever seen any other secondary offerings like this.  The companies stock almost always opens down, closer to the price of the secondary offering, if for any other reason, all this new supply will drive it down.  Nothing like a 20% gain in one day.  These new shareholders will almost always sell it down to that price.  This didn't happen with Swisher.

No, this pump and dump is a lot more orchestrated.
