I too have a small position and am under water a fare bid more than U, I was afraid of the may factor as well but the decline begain after the first news came out. After that the people pumping the great story vanished with their profits including insiders selling in the high  $3.79 to $4.00.Will we ever see a return by averaging down or is it a case of throwing more money into the pumpers hands? If anyone other than a pumper could help make a case for someone to buy in and average down someone in management perhaps. I myself will take the loss and wait for a better entry point $ 1.50ish this story is only worth the same as consolidated Thompson if and when you have a buyer or this goes into production and I don:t beleave either is happenig in the very near future thus the sell-off. This is my view only and I hope I'm wrong
