RE: Hating to sound stupid, but..Theory: Wall Street does not understand silver because these bankers, traders and speculators are not used to seeing money flow to the "small" investors. They're used to seeing money flowing to institutions and large investors. It's a system of wealth and power and anything that put wealth into the hands of anything outside their influence threatens that power.
