Through Wednesday, with 386 of the S&P 500 companies having reported, 68 percent had profits that beat Wall Street expectations, according to Thomson Reuters data.
Terrible - only 68% beat forecasts.
The media may fall for this head fake, but this bad news is bs put out there by Goldy and friends who know that they have to find a way to cover the shorting. Two weeks from now, they'll have covered and all will be well in the world...until the next time they need some volaitlity.
