Share consolidationI am not supporting a share consolidation, but would like to point out T.CEG (formally T.SAG). They did a 10 for 1 rollback recently, and still have close to a 100 million shares out, and their share price has not slid backwards after the rollback - it is sitting at around the post consolidation price. Roll backs can for sure hurt shareholders as you often get a slide in the post consolidation price, some nice meaty finacning for insiders, and further dilution. BUT that is not always the case. And, if the rumours of massive accumulation by new investors / owners is true, then there will not be a slide in the post consolidatoin price, because it will not make sense for the new investors to jurt their own shareholdings. That onyl usually happens when new investors come in after the share consolidation - in this case they are already in, and in deep.
All this to say, I don't think a shaere consolidation is the doomsday that some beleive it will be. All that said, I am still voting against it.
