RE: Buyout NecessaryAs nixyvest posted, I beleive that a buyout is always a possiblility, however at these prices I sure don't think that is what we want. The R&D team at Acceleware is among some of the brightest in their field and combine that with the fact that we have some very influential customers such as Paradigm just to name one from a host of others, I think we need to let this company try to enact the plan that they have worked on that spawned this whole arrangement in the first place. The work they do for these customers and the classes they are holding in conjunction with Microsoft are not volunteer projects, but rather are significant revenue sources. Now that the company has ridded itself of some of the issues that were seen to be holding the company back I think we will see the company start to emerge as a very viable operation. As you very accurately said in your post "We all know that the technology is great and poised for growth." The only thing I might add to that is the technology AXE posesses is proprietary and is acknowledged by huge companies like Microsoft and Nvidia as much better than great. I realize this gets quite frustrating to watch a company go through this type of procedure but I think if we focus on the long term picture we will see things will start to fall into place.
I see some of the fundamentals have changed but I consider these changes to be positive changes. As for the management, I see more determination to take this company up to the next level, as opposed to a management with a defeated attitude. Of course this is just my viewpoint and I cannot tell the future more accurately than anyone else. Personally I would like to see the company given a chance to develop into what the management has expressed as what they see this company capable of. If a buyout were to happen at that time, well then I would have to evaluate that situation then, I just don't think it would serve us well at these prices.
