.33 per share a few months ago?

If your theory about Dea'th pillaging the company to buy cheap shares is correct, then surely he would have waited until he could have purchased those shares for 50% less a month or two later?

It doesn't make sense for him to do this unless he was confident that the valuation would increase.

Aside from this, the guy owns almost 50% of the company.  Not likely he's going to resign, nor will the board ask him to.

Why don't you go to the annual general meeting and ask him yourself in person.... if you have to guts.
