RE: RE: RE: TODAY

RE: RE: RE: TODAYI was thinking the same that there maybe a retest before lunch in the high 30s.  Yesterday it seemed like 37 cents was the bottom for the morning then 38 cents was the end of the afternoon.  I would go a little more conservative then you and say 45 cents is the high end today and close between 41 and 42 on the good and 39 on the bad if sellers have moved on.

Revenue is there for the company but they now need to show they can increase their Gross Profit.  The company owns the terminals for the store and depreciates the asset over the lifetime of the contract so as they increase the number of outlets you will see amortization expense go up.  Also I believe they are costing out the initial outlay of the display and cards once they are deployed in the store instead of when they are used.  It maybe only pennies for the cards each but 2000 stores with 200 cards to start does add up but afterwards the monthly maintenance cost is minimal.

Key here is increase sales will not be enought to bring the stock over $1 it will be showing improved P and L each quarter and that they do not need to rely as much on financing to expand but have the cash to start doing it themselves.

That is my DD on this stock and fell the short term movement will be.  Good luck all and make sure you understand what you invest in and research yourself as well.
