VST Situation...

VST Situation...Hello Everyone,

It is apparent that with both Niko and VST plunging that they hit a dry hole.

This dry hole has unfortunately spilled over its negativety to this board.   The holders of VST, hold LFD and, WZR, spreading the risk as they say.   Some may be discouraged and decided to sell all three, hence the pressure on LFD.

LFD was counting on the 75 cents warrants if VST was successful, which they are not.   Hence rush to get financing at 25 cents to close on May 19th, 2011.

VST will most probably announce the dry hole after May 19th, 2011, say early June 2011 not to make it obvious.

I expect that the VST holders whom sold will jump back into LFD once it starts to rally.

LFD is different from VST, it has oil, it has commerical 41API oil, is has historical drilling of 5,000 barrels of oil per day, it has 7 historical wells, it has swimming pools of oil seeping through the ground, it has SOROS as an investor, it paid a very high royalty rate of 40% cause LFD has oil, its operator Genel is experienced and has hit oil in every drilling.

Hence, LOAD UP on LFD, while the malaise is on.   Once investors feel better they will understand that LFD is no VST.  I have been saying this from the beginning however people have been listening to good40 instead.  Afterall Kurd30 said that good40 is always right.  How about his call on VST being better was he right on that?
