Its contract surety bonds, such as performance and labor and material payment bonds, are primarily for the construction industry.

Canacord would like for you to think this way. So they dump a few, andthe sheep will follow lowering the price. They buy back in 3x 4xmaybe 10x amount or more. Oh! Oh! I think they call it a FLUSH :) Canaccord wants to sell, then buy them up. Great price
