here is a part of a email from john:

-We are continuing to work with our partners to close several projects, 3 with Emcor alone.

-We are also trying to close on the rest of our private placement because yes we do need cash. That does not mean we are in trouble.

-We just need to close PO and get a deposit and we will keep trying to close multiple projects that can be built simultaneously by using sub-contractors.
