Good40 (Fraud???) is AFRAID!!!!!!!!!

Good40 (Fraud???) is AFRAID!!!!!!!!!Hello Everyone,

I guess when someone puts the hotseat to good40 he becomes silent.  He is a FRAUD, a liar, a manipulator.   It is obvious that good40 also has leaks to insider information, hence committing a criminal act.  He mentioned financing, drop of 25% way before LFD ever announced it.   As a matter of fact, they had o/s warrants so financing was not an issue.  Good40 even divulged the financing at 25 cents.

What is more disturbing by good is that he has made a serious accusation againt LFD management.   He had said that LFD is unreporting a material engineering report which would confirm that the historical 5,000 barrels of oil per day is non-commerical, in sharp contrast to what Genel has said.

Notice how he refuses to respond to my questions and refuses to provide proof of the material report he consulted.

THIS IS WHAT HE SAID, I BELEIVE IT WAS IN JANUARY 2011 OR FEBRUARY 2011, WORD BY WORD, YOU CAN FIND THE MESSAGE BY SCANNING THE BOARD.

In 1936, or after WW2, whichever is the case, development costs were the same as today, on a percentage basis. Although a price spike in the commodity pricing initially increases a company's bottom line... it soon shows
a tremendous increase in both opex and capex.

The main focus should be on disclosure... if the company considers it commercial today, then the original
engineering report should be known as well. If it wasn't for HHdoc, that report showing too small of an oil
column wouldn't be known.
Not right in my opinion

Question to Posters:

Management should be made aware of the malfeasance done by good40 and, he should be sued to reimburse all those whom lost money from 46 cents to date due to his outlandish accusations of management, that they are not disclosing material information.

If we all advise management of good40 conduct, by showing his comment, management will seek legal counsel and will pursue him, whether jail time or not is required is another issue.

Spreading lies about an undisclosed engineering report pertaining to 1936 is crossing the line.

Stand up for yourselfs, tell management.
