Invesco Emerging Markets Sovereign Debt ETF V.PCY

Primary Symbol: PCY

The investment seeks to track the investment results (before fees and expenses) of the DBIQ Emerging Market USD Liquid Balanced Index (the underlying index). The fund generally will invest at least 80% of its total assets in U.S. dollar-denominated government bonds from emerging market countries that comprise the underlying index. The underlying index measures potential returns of a theoretical portfolio of liquid emerging market U.S. dollar-denominated government bonds.

RE: RE: Off Takes

RE: RE: Off Takes"Eodway, the issue that is out there now is; does John Lee have thesmarts, the management ability, the people on the ground to translatehis ambitious plans into reality."

Most upper, middle and lower management positions have been filled in the past month or so. A new CFO just days ago. As Dflawed pointed out, most investors here wanted off-take agreements when Ulann Ovoo was not even producing coal. In my addition to his comments, equipment alone does not usher in production. You also have to staff the operation.

The team to execute the business plan is still unpacking items in their office and do not even have their feet wet as of yet. Soon, however, the entire team will come together and get things rolling.

There's a poster on another board that always says:

The money from the impatient always flows to those that are patient.
