Only in this case one should have sold right at the PDAC and gotten .80 cents +....
But who knew....
All is not lost......
I would say there will be a min. .75 cent buyout option for Reed Lake.
If you have 10,000 shares you would probably get $7,500 cash....and be able to keep the 10,000 shares in VMS stock....
Sounds like a fair deal to me.....
