Diluting this company further, is NOT a good move. 16+ million more shares.
Raising funds when the SP is so low is NOT a good move. The SP is way too low to do a PP imo. Also, they should have well over $10 million on hand, further dilution is plain dumb when you have so much already.
And, I am just hoping the SP climbs back to $.50 so I can ditch my shares. This company is terrible and I really wish I hadn't bought in.
So, unless you are a pumper and hope no one points out the obvious, doing a PP of $3 mil means giving them 10 mil shares.
If the SP was at $1.00, we would only need to dilute the company for 3 million shares to raise the $3 million.
So, WHY DILUTE THIS COMPANY FURTHER WHEN THE SP IS SO LOW AND THEY HAVE PLENTY PLENTY PLENTY OF CASH ON HAND?!?!
WHY, CAUSE THIS COMPANY SUCKS!!! PLEASE LET ME OFF AT $.50 AND I WILL NEVER LOOK BACK!!!
