This is very simple. If someone else jumps in this war and grab asks of 0.085 cents, then this potential buyer will run in to grab the remaining shares at 0.085 cents. He is now waiting to grab more shares to accumulate at 0.08 cents. At one point, this potential buyer or many will eventually be paying 0.25 cents or 0.40 cents once we have confirmed positive results.
Someone knows something because today the share price did not drop from 0.08 cents.
