I don't think he understood your post. Of course forcing the warrant exercise is a slight negative for small investors - most will be forced to sell (and as you say lose out on any future appreciation) as they don't want to commit more cash then they already have invested. In addition it will hold back or even lower the sp - any increase in the float does by definition.
Sadly most posters here don't want honest discussion - either you are a pumper or a basher and as your post sounds negative you must be a basher, hence the attack.
Longer term the exercise is good as cash now is better for the company then cash in two years - so if you don't hold warrants this is welcome news.
