Making sense of this morning's news release

Making sense of this morning's news releaseCan someone help decipher this morning's news release? Are they trying to offer cash for redemption and thus termination of the existing lien notes OR just simply extending their time frame from which they can be exercised for common shares. Either way it looks like we're ultimately burned again.
