RE: I used to be a panic sellerI agree 100% with you CanAmX. This is especially true for new investors. You have to take your emotions out of it. Greed and fear, the two worst enemies of investors. Control them by doing proper DD AND coming up with a strategy that works for YOU.
I did my DD on INT back in Feb and haven't looked back since. SOLID company with huge growth potential.
Look the at the latest PP @ 1.20. Not only is it committed, we have a clause in there that stipulates that if the stock price remains above $4, then the company has the option to shorten the time on the warrants... Here's the exact excerpt from the NR.
"Each whole Warrant will entitle its holder to purchase one additional Common Share for $2.00 and will expire 24 months after the date of the closing of the Offering. In the event that the Common Shares trade at a closing price on the TSX Venture Exchange of $4.00 or higher for a period of 15 consecutive trading days at any time after four months and one day after the closing of the Offering, the Company may accelerate the expiry date of the Warrants by giving notice to holders thereof and in such case the Warrants will expire on the 30th day after the date on which such notice is given by the Company."
Read between the lines, $4.00 or higher.... NASDAQ/NYSE exchange anyone?
Of course, this is just my opinion.
