$282,907.00You've got to love having connections in a small town. Something happens, you know about it right away. Congrats, this time RQ didn't head right to the tax accessor and argue that the property should be taxed at a value less than what the Q's just paid an less than an hour before...... I think it may be interesting if you did a title search on the land the house was built,,, pretty good chance at some point a good friend of mine family owned it. They owned a fair number of lots over there in the 80's. Hey, at least this mortgage, $282,907.00, isn't a residential mortgage used to buy commercial properties as were ones in the past,,, doing that is a BIG FEDERAL no-no by the way....
