RE: China's Dissolving Pulp capacity increaseI guess they need to create a reaction if they are going to get someone to pay $1,200 for that report.  Without details you really can't take to much away from it.  If you buy the report, please post it.  It's hard to imagine, even the Chinese, would be that stupid.
