RE: RE: RE: RE: amazing..........

RE: RE: RE: RE: amazing..........crash, CDO needs money. So, no question, they are going to dilute CDO big time post-split. With other words they will screw those shareholder who miwith such a rollback! I know several Europeans, who bought/ accumulated at that price - included me - by bad recommendation of Rene Bernard.
Just do a math:

.30 ...post-split = $ 1.50
Today .025...post-split = $ 0.125 ..............without any new dilution.....so the shareprice has to increase for more rthan 1000% before we are at 1.50 post-split (=0.30 pre-split)

So, what do you think will happen post-split? The company will offer a private placement of 'new' shares, lets say 10 Million, to receive 1.25 million for whatever. How long will this money last? Not long IMO  - as we have seen in 2009/2010.

I worry we all will wake up with bad head ages and lots of deja vus.....and we will notice that the old management has left the company and will leave us alone in the mud. And, last but not least, this management has got enough private money to survive without CDO.

We are part of a very bad game of a microcap, which does a rollback althought there are just 80 million shares outstanding. I remeber the words of Rene Bernard when we have been at 65 million shares. He was upset about my anger about the dilution. You know what he said? "Compare our O/S with other explorers, and you will notice that 65 million is nothing " So much about confidence !
