Maybe they should have stated his departure in their Management Team strengthening NR. Whether he wanted out or they wanted him out probably doesn't matter, he's gone.

You have a point, maybe Doug can be CEO/CFO instead of President/CEO. NOT!
Maybe Jos De Smedt will take on roll as acting CFO, fits hie background.

Aside from all this, I'm looking forward to hearing how things are transpiring in Vancouver with the 10K and in Rycroft with the 2K. An update or NR or contract would be nice!
