New Investors

New InvestorsCan you guys help me out (not you trade4ever)?

Every time I talk or e mail with Kirk he says that for the new investors, the share consolidation is vital and it will happen.  No questions asked.  It's going to happen.

Let's say these investors (dirty brothers?) have 40 million of the 80 million float, and then the rollback is 5 to 1.....

help me on this because I don't really know, but is this so vital for them because there would be a real share shortage at that point and they could swing it higher more easily if the count of shares is 16 million and they own 8 million, or is it all just relative?

The dirty brothers(?) don't seem to have a problem with low share price.  ULI started at 6 cents and MCI started at 9 cents.  Really is 3 cents that much different?

Trying to figure out why the rollback is so vital for these new guys.

Thanks.
