RE: 7$ eps in 2012 ?Your expense for taxes, interest and depreciation are a little high. I would subtract about $5 million for interest expense, and maybe $10 million for depreciation (they did buy it for only $1.2 million. Not much to depreciate except addition equipment added). That gets you to about $105 million pre-tax and about $75 million after tax. That works out to be about $5 per share (by the way I think the share count is actually closer to 14 million then 15 million but I can't remember). Add at least $1.50 from the other two divisions and you are getting very close to $7 per share.

These numbers are inline with analysts using $1,200 per ton DP.
