Its contract surety bonds, such as performance and labor and material payment bonds, are primarily for the construction industry.

What affect will

These private placements of .085 have on this stock price? Can someone please give me their thoughts on what may happen? will it go up, down? I'm not really familiar with them or their affects on s/p when they become available.
